Our Mission

Cottage Street Apartments provides you with quiet, comfortable, and convenient downtown living. Our unfurnished apartments will always be clean, attractive, and reasonably priced.

Offerings Quiet Studio and 1 Bedroom downtown apartments.

These quiet studio and one bedroom non smoking apartments are unfurnished and have lots of windows and light. The rooms all have hardwood floors. Apartments come with heat and hot water included in the monthly rent. Community laundry facilities available.

We have two offerings available:

29-4 is the only apartment available for rent right now. Located at 33-7 Cottage Street, it is a must-see, convenient studio. Check out some of our sample pictures and let us know if you would like to set up an appointment.
